Terrible experience today. Wife waited for 1.5 hrs after a technician called and stated it would be 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes, she called the office and was informed a tech would call. So that never happened and after another 30 minutes we called and cancelled the service. Very unorganized it seemed.
