Went to this dermatologist when I was in 7th grade. I had some acne and my mom took me to the dermatologist and she was my doctor. She had little consideration for anything I had to say and recommended me instantly for acutane and my mom agreed to it. Sometime into a month into treatment my joints started to decay to the point in wich I could barely walk stand and move around just like a 70 year old man. I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel people need to know what they are walking into. Communication with office staff is poor and unfriendly. Was called many times about moving my appointment up an hour early and called to confirm it was ok but no one could relay the message. Waited months to see Dr. Mourad and was hopeful to finally get relief as my doctor recommended him. An hour before the appointment the nurse called and tried to talk me out of coming. My experience with Dr Chin Bonds was excellent. She just recently performed a procedure on me I was very nervous & shaking so bad when I got in the O.R. She literally held my hand to comfort me & I really appreciated her for doing that I just thank her so much for her care & professionalism.

I'm a healthy, 20 year old man. I passed out at work with no apparent reason. I went to the local hospital, who confirmed I wasn't going to die and sent me home with no answers. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to immediate care the next day, where Dr. Shieh examined me. He was able to do a thorough exam, and offered opinions on what the root cause may be. He spent time to explain his findings, and even made me an appointment with a cardiologist. Great bedside manor. The world needs more doctors like him.
