I've come to this office twice admittedly, however I am incredibly dissatisfied. I went into the office today per the nurse telling me i need to, to discuss my concerns that my employer is requesting. Not only did I mention that my employer is asking me to seek an accommodation to make sure I don't lose my job, but i also mentioned that I have lost jobs prior due to my illness. Every visit I have had with Dr. Hsu has been thorough in all aspects. I received his name by recommendation, and I have not been disappointed. He actively listens to my questions, takes the time to re-famliarize himself with my medical history, and then follows through with the exam. He takes the time to make certain to cover all the bases. He's personable and genuinely cares. I really feel fortunate to have him as my doctor, and I feel assured regarding his abilities.

I LOVE Dr. Reddy and would never want to see another Dermatologist- ever!! Her and her staff have stepped above and beyond to get me the medication I needed which cured my Eczema! They had to jump through some hoops to get this done! This $4,000 medication ended up costing me $0 which is amazing! She also gave me some samples to start me off! They went above and beyond for me to get the drug company to give this specialty medication with their “copay” card. I am entirely grateful and blessed having Dr. Shruthi Reddy on my si... read more
Dr Zator is friendly, but that’s the only positive. Offered to provide a referral to a specialist, then never followed up. Their staff does not respond to MyChart messages. Their office does not have a phone line and you have to work through a call center in the Philippines. Duly is truly awful and has ruined so many of the healthcare options in our area.
I don't know who was more excited for my twins: me or Dr. Madsen. When I first gound out about my pregnancy and had my initial appointment he took so much time answering my questions and hyping up my pregnancy. Each visit was consistently informative and his bedside manner was positive but always rooted in realism. When I was 34 weeks I went into early labor and was put on bedrest to try to stay pregnant and not deliver too soon. I felt super scared and very anxious. I was not able to schedule a specialist appointment since no specialist information was provided in the referral authorization letter. It took me a whole day to make several phone calls and finally got in touch with the right person.
Ive seen her one time for a skin cancer screening. It was very hands off as if she did not have time for me. I did have another appointment scheduled but had to cancel and reschedule due to a family emergency. It's been brought to my attention that because I did not give a 24 hour notice on the cancelling, I will be charged $50.00. So please know, that there is no grace for someone who cancels in less than 24 hours due to another family emergency that needed immediate attention. Her $50 is more important than the patient!
