The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely well located in the heart of Midtown. Steps away from restaurants, bars, Marta and anything else you would need. Definitely recommend to anyone moving to Midtown!

My daughter's heater didn't work during the 2 recent blizzard conditions and two contacts to have it fixed have gone unanswered.
During my time living at Arts Center Tower, the staff was always friendly and the maintenance team was great. I enjoyed living here.
