I love the location and then they're dog friendly!
We really enjoy living here. The awesome staff are always cheerful, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. My family has lived here 7 months and has been very happy. The location is amazing- parks, museums, libraries, Marta, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.
As a resident for almost 3 years, I’ve loved walking across the street for MARTA, easy access to 85/75. Great, helpful team working here. Massive shoutout to David and Carlos both are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The staff works hard to make the place a community and it shows. It’s home, not just a place to live.
Location is perfect, you have everything around you tarting from MARTA, restaurants and cafes, museum of art and Atlanta symphony orchestra are across the street, Whole Foods will open soon and be less than 3 min walk away. Plus the staff here is awesome, they help you in everything. Overall, it’s a great building.

Ever since I moved in back in August, the staff has been very kind and helpful to us! My roommates and I love the apartment and it is located in a great area of Midtown, with easy access to the highway and plenty of things to do nearby. There's also a lot of nearby restaurants and the MARTA station across the street which is very convenient for us when we go to school. I’ve been a resident here since November and I genuinely love living here. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Katie really helped us when we first moved in. She’s great! The location is so convenient. It’s near so many restaurants and Marta is right across the street. I would recommend living here to anyone!
I have loved living here since I moved in last December! Staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful. They respond quick to maintenance requests and the location right across the street from MARTA train station and Davincis pizza can’t be beat.
