RecommendedWe’ve lived here for 6 years! The location can’t be beat. You’re walkable to the best places in the city and literally across the street from Marta. The maintenance guys are awesome and Amy & Paige in the leasing office are extremely helpful and friendly. If you’re looking to rent in Midtown you really can’t beat Arts Center.
Staff is great, particularly Paige and Amy at the front desk. Very accommodating, cheerful, and helpful!
The office team is friendly. There are spectacular Atlanta views, especially at night. Nicely updated apartments and the pool deck was inviting.
I had the privilege to manage arts center tower for several years and absolutely loved it. The residents were wonderful, the staff amazing, and you cannot beat the location!
I lived at Arts Center tower for 3 years, moved to a different apartment, and then came right back a year later. I love this apartment complex! It is in a prime location, directly across from a Marta station and is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. David and Karlos are great when it comes to the maintenance of the building and apartments. The leasing manger, Amy, is probably one of the most rude and degrading people I've probably ever spoken to in my life. She did not make this moving transition easy what so ever-pushing me to the point of tears. The Art Center tower is a beautiful apartment building, but the inside of that woman is extremely ugly. I hope she finds healing in whatever caused her to be that unfriendly of a person and treats potential and even current tenants there poorly.
We’ve lived here for a little less than a year and love it. The staff is very conscientious, especially the maintenance guys who go out of their way to get to know you. It is conveniently located right across the street from Arts Center MARTA Station. So all of Midtown is easy to get to on foot. We’ve been able to cut back to one car! The pool is really nice, it’s not heated, but it’s very big and great for swimming laps or just chilling out in. The gym is nice, very spacious and infrequently used.
We have lived in this community for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. The management staff is extremely attentive and the maintenance crew are on the ball. The location is awesome, with everything being walking distance away. If walking isn’t feasible, you can jump on MARTA! All in all, we give this community two thumbs up!
