Excellent customer service from Meg. She was able to place a camera to me based on price range and what I was interested in capturing as well as be accommodating to helping me understand how the camera works.
Very knowledgeable, had my sensor cleaned and was done quickly. My only complaint would be that the view finder was also very dirty but they didn't ask nor did they clean it. I didn't realize it was the view finder until taking it out after cleaning and seeing all the spots in the view finder itself.
Pete was super knowledgeable, attentive and patient. I prefer to shop small and local when purchasing a camera. My visit was worth every minute! Bought the Canon D80 at a great price!!
Arts, your customer service continues to be poor. May I suggest, when a customer calls your business, you shouldn't blow them off and just direct them to your website. How about you just answer two simple questions instead of continuously suggesting "go to our website"? To top it off, it wasn't suggested with a friendly tone.
I was ready to jump into the digital photography with both feet. So, I weighed the options of going to a big box store locally or mail order. I am so pleased that I met Meg at the Pewaukee Art's Camera. I receive great advise on purchases and the classes. Customer service has been outstanding. The classes give me just enough information on technical and technique to allow me to take the next step in my photo capabilities. Great customer service. I enjoy the FOCUS group events as well as the classes. I am looking forward to the macro event on February 17th. Also, the staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions over the phone.
