Best camera store in SE WI
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I could spend hours there. Excellent customer service and so helpful. I've taken several classes and they all have been very helpful and opened my eyes to what's out there in photography. I particularly enjoy the Waukesha store. Ray, Elizabeth, and Jerry are awesome and encouraging to a developing photographer (no pun intended). All I could ask for is MORE CLASSES, I'm running out of ones to take.
I'm back to loving this store. My faith in small businesses has been restored. Art's resolved my issue and I actually purchased another lens. I think this enforces the quality of this store as they can settle a public dispute.
Lisa out of the Greenfield store has the worst customer service skills ever. At this point I think I am no longer going to use Arts Cameras. I have been a loyal customer for well over 10 years. Sorry to the owners but her customer service has just drove me away. (I only used one star only because you have to.)
