I went to Art's Camera before a trip to Alaska. I had very little knowledge of the lens I wanted and Rick Wright helped me through the decision process. As a first time customer I felt poor customer service. 😥 though this camera shop is closest to me I will not be returning.
I went to clean the sensor of my dslr canon on Feb,2018. I told them and showed them pictures about what was happened. It's looked like had some fungus in the sensor. They checked pictures and looked in a camera and said "they can clean for me but I have to pay first" without any service yet for $49+Tax. After that 4 days they called me to pick up and I went there, took some pictures and checked. Still got the same problems, I went back asked them and all I got they said "to fix this problem, I have to change a new part and ... read more
