I’ve lived in 6 different states. Been to a lot of camera stores. There’s not one like Arts. Went into the store looking for some guidance for an upgrade. We were fortunate enough to work with Jacob who is very knowledgeable and knew the right direction to point us with the z6iii. Jacob was awesome from the start and would definitely be back to work with him again!
We had a misunderstanding at first concerning the shipping of my used lens, but the store manager called me today, and the situation was remedied. I was extremely impressed with his concern for my situation and how he bent over backwards to make things right. I received my lens today and found it to be of outstanding quality for a used lens. You won't find a company who cares about your satisfaction more than Art's!
