I'm am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. Even xrays freak me out because i always choke on them. The girl I had was outstanding!!! She knew right where to place them and I never gagged once. It was done in 2 minutes. Then the dentist came in and literally took all my fear away. They are understanding, super friendly and great at what they do. I'm not at all nervous to go to my next appointment. Best dental team I have ever been to.
I found this office after searching online for a new dentist. They had outstanding reviews online, so when I went in, I had high expectations. They did not disappoint. They manage their time very well. I'm so use to waiting in the lobby for a long time despite having an appointment. I'm also use to waiting for the dentist for a long time after being called back. Since our move from Chicago I had to establish myself with a new dental office and a friend referred me to this office. Not having a new of different dentist for over 30 years, what a great experience! Dr Brazdo and Magen were extremely professional and gentle. Both explained what I will be experiencing before beginning their exams. The attention to detail and gentle process was a very pleasant experience.
