Do the Ladies that do Acrylic Nail in this Salon have the "Florida Nail Technician License" ? Can someone answer to inform me? I do not think so or maybe I did not see them because none of them had them displayed. Is it right in Florida to charge a percentage extra if you pay with a card? and if you pay cash they will not give you an invoice? Maybe someone can answer. Iam not knowledege in these 2 questions. Thank you
