Mike was very accomodating working out a schedule for when I would be away from my home this past thanksgiving period and did my floors in two days. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful, brazilian cherry. He was very neat, making sure that everything was covered to avoid all the dust. No sign that he was there other than leaving the floors like they were brand new. I highly recommend him. Very warm and friendly.

Mike initially had problems with getting the material from the vendor but after the getting the material he had no stops. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project on time The men worked hard, took care to protect my furniture and moved furniture around the house. They cleaned up very well after removing carpet and existing wood flooring. I am impressed by their work ethics. I would definitely hire them again.

We absoutely love, love love our floors now! Artisan did a wonderful job. They showed up promptly and begain work immediately. The only thing I would say is that communication needs some improvement. It wasn't awful, it was just lacking a bit. I would love to have had some info on how to care for our floors and also would have like to been offered to purchase some professional cleaning products. Overall I would say Artisan is professional, hardworking company that produces beautiful work. I would definitely use them again.

The work was done efficiently, on time, according to budget, and the result was beautiful. I wish I could hire Artisan Hardwood to do all other remodeling work I need done.

Mike was able to start work the next day. His work was professional, and he cleaned up the project nicely at the end. He also did a good job communicating about unforeseen repairs once the carpet was removed and was fair about the additional cost for these.

Great to work with. Not only was Mike very reasonable on his price, the work far exceeded my expectations. In 7 days he: removed carpeting and installed new hardwood floors in my living room, stripped and painted all trim/baseboards/doors throughout the entire house, painted 3 rooms, and remove and replace carpet on my hallway stairs. I gave Mike a very tight deadline and they went the extra mile to complete the task for us over an extended weekend trip. They were able to splice in new ash flooring where I had removed carpet and matched the existing wood floor I already had. We are pleased with the outcome. Mike allowed me to do alot of the prep work myself and I saved a few bucks in the process. His bid came in very fair compared to other bids I received. I will recommend Artisan Hardwood Floor to any person looking for this type of work.
