I was very pleased with my floors, they look beautiful. Mike was very accommodating and fast. If you had a rate option " Excellent "I would pick that one. Thank You for offering this service.
Mike did an excellent job in refinishing a new hardwood floor that our general contractor had left in an unsatisfactory condition. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, completing the job in three days while we were visiting family in another part of the state.
It was hard to communicate with his workers. They had several spots where the finish pooled and you can see it. There were also some hairs that were left in the finish.
Quality of the work was very good for the most part. Floors really do look great. The work was a little sloppy in that some stain got onto an adjoining hardwood floor and is noticeable. Artisian said that it would fade and requested his balance of payment, not offering to fix the noticable issue nor reduce his price by the 10% holdback. My wife complied and paid him the balance. I have requested that they send me a final bill (once in writing and once in a phone conversation) and after a month have not received a final copy ... read more
Mike, the owner, is very nice and easy to work with. Did a good job, price was good, and cleaned up after. (One thing he forgot to tell me was that you can't live in your house for 2-3 days after Swedish finish is put down. I found out once I went in the house and almost passed out from the fumes. Lucky, I had someone to stay with.)
Floor quality looks great. Very cost competeitive. Showed up on time for both estimate and project.
Quick, thorough work. Good prices, Highly recommend.
