Mike made sure we were satisfied with our refinished floor Fir floor was burried under 2 layers of tile and a plywood subfloor. Had to patch floor also Floor turned out beautiful
Mike came on time and gave us a quote on the refinishing work..all the floors along with the baseboards and quarter inch. We hired Mike and he and his crew came right on time to begin the work and finished in 4 days...we even had an extra coat put on the floors. The floors are now beautiful. I would definitely recommend Artisan Hardwood Floors, Inc. They were a great crew that did a wonderful job.
Mike and his crew worked in my house to refinish 3,000 square foot hardwood floor. To put things in perspective, Mike came in when the previous contractor did a really bad job on preparing the floor and therefore, was fired. It was a total mess. Mike brought his crew and within five days, completely changed the look of the house with a fantastic floor finish. We also have wooden stair railings that Mike matched to the floor finish. Mike is very professional showing up prepared his bag od samples, measuring tape and paperwork.
