I recently had to have a total hip replacement, upon finding a doctor, I was requested to see Dr. Arthur Hess, he is very courteous, well spoken doctor at the Bone & Joint Clinic, Dr. Hess is a Brilliant doctor, he takes time to listen to his patients, he remind me of doctors years ago, ones who really CARE about their patients. If their is anyone needing any CARE for an Orthopedic Surgeon I recommend Dr. A. HESS he is a At DOCTOR! he is AWSOME!
This is THOMAS GORDON saying thanks to Dr. ARTHUR HESS AND STAFF FOR TAKING REAL GOOD CARE OF ME ON 9-6-2018 AT THE LADY OF LAKE HOSPITAL,I HAD SOME REAL BAD DEEP CUTS 0N MY RIGHT KNEE AND LEG BECAUSE I HAD WALK INTO MY GLASS PATIO DOOR THAT AND WAS BLEEDING REAL BAD,I THANK GOD FOR HIS HEALING POWER AND THE HANDS OF DR.HESS AND HIS WHO DID MY SURGERY.
Dr. Hess performed surgery on my broken elbow, which healed completely two months after surgery. He was always available to answer my questions and followed-up with my physical therapist to insure a good recovery. I recommend Dr. Arthur Hess to my family and friends and anyone who needs an orthopedic physician.
Dr. Hess is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. His staff is always kind and helpful.
Dr. Hess took great care of me. I broke my wrist and had surgery to repair it. I was back working in 3 weeks. I have full use of my wrist and hand. Thanks so much!
Dr. Hess was attentive. Listened and explained. He was both professional and caring. He had a wonderful beside manner. He never once made me feel is was rushed or he didn't have time for my questions. My surgeries (2) were performed with no problems. I've healed well. I respect Dr. Hess as a physician and a person. I would recommend him to anyone that needed his help.
He did a great job putting my broken leg back together. Warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Hess for hip surgery to any of my friends. He is such a caring physician. At one point after my surgery, I said “I am worried about my hip problem” and he said that he worries about his patients. He reassured me, every time I had an appointment, that it takes time to heal and was very pleased of improvement at each office visit. I just can’t say enough about his bed side manners. He is the best!!
Dr. Hess successfully performed two hip replacements on me this year. Dr. Hess and his team of Nurses went out of their way to ease me through what could have been a really trying time. Im very greatful to have found him and if I ever need any Orthopodic surgery I will choose him! Thank you Dr.Hess for giving me quality of life again!
