Will took the time to clearly explain how to manage with the boot I am wearing to manage a lingering achilles injury. He provided clear instructions on how to put the boot on and take it off and connected with my physiotherapist to ensure there was clarity on when I should be wearing the boot. He asked me to take a short walk after putting the boot on to make sure I was walking correctly.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. The sling I have I’m not to sure if I like the fit so he is ordering me another one. Great customer service
