They took apart my car to inspect and then failed it after they broke a part off of my car and then they didn't even do my alignment that I asked them to do in the first place instead they wanted $800 from me in order for them to do an inspection. Which I don't understand because all the parts were $20 or less but the labor was $95 for each part when even some of the work was for my light bulbs to be replaced. The WORST SERVICE WE EVER received. My wife of 34 years took our new Jeep there with the top off. It started raining and after inspecting they put it outside in the pouring rain. Funny thing is they said they are too busy to keep it inside after she rejected a 45.00 up sale. The Jeep was drenched with water damage. When complaint brought forward the owner is a coward and would not come talk to us. The workers(henchmen) have attitudes the size of their fat bellies. I desperately needed a tow truck today while I was obstructing traffic and two other tow companies said it would be at least an hour. One referred me to Art Walker's and from the time I had gotten off the phone it only took 6 minutes! I was so relieved to be on my way home and out of the rain... DJ was friendly and such a life saver. Thanks again!

Interesting enough, my story is similiar to Ruddfan71, only my car only sat for a week before being looked at. My car was T-boned by another driver and apparently all it needed was an alignment and a new wheel/tire. While that may be the truth, I was told that I couldn't get the old tire back since they paid the $50 for a core charge and the 'other' company they purchased the wheel from took the old on. When I insisted on getting the wheel back the produced it. So aparently they paid a core charge without give them the core.... read more

Awful – It took 3 MONTHS to fix my car. To begin with I was in an accident not of my fault, I was t-boned in the passenger side. Art Walkers towing service was called to tow my car away from the accident without any problems. When I was asked who I wanted to repair my car, I told the insurance company that because they were helpful in towing my car that I would go ahead and let them fix the car. What A BAD IDEA that was. Major Rip-Off Company – Art Walker's Auto ripps everyboby off. The Intake manifold has been leaking on my Impala causing my engine to over heat. I took the car to Art Walker to get it fixed. I paid over $600 to have it repaired. But the technician miss diagnosed the problem and could not find the leak even though I told them exactly where the leak was coming from. They charged me $600 anyway. They told me that the car had a small hose leak and the car had CODES. They replaces the hose which cost about $4.00. I told them that... read more

POOR SERVICE TO OUR MILITARY PERSONNEL – MY SON, WHO IS IN THE NAVY, HAD HIS CAR TOWED BY THIS PLACE, CHARGED HIM $900 TO GET IT OUT, AND THEN TURNED AROUND AND CHARGED HIM ANOTHER $187 FOR A TIRE AND LUG NUTS. I DEALT WITH ART HIMSELF WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE HAD THE TIRE CHANGED AND READY FOR HIM WHEN HE RETURNED TO PORT AND WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE CHARGED HIM ANYTHING FOR THE TIRE. EXCELLENT BODY SHOP; EXCELLENT SERVICE SHOP – I used Art Walker body shop for a rear bumper repair when my vehicle was rear ended. Not only did the repair look perfect, but they also cleaned the interior ...it was spotless. I am an insurance adjuster and know the reasonable AND unreasonable cost of auto repairs.
