The older lady who sits at the front desk completely ignored me when I came and checked in. She glanced up and went back to her computer.no greeting - no acknowledgment- nothing! Not a good impression. The younger lady who checks you out at the opposite end got up to great me. It was appreciated !
I could not answer #3 because we are going to discuss my financial options at my next appointment. I was VERY happy with the entire staff and their care.
My visit was pleasant. It is explained what will be done, what need to be done and how it will be done. Cleaning, flossing, checking is done without any pains, etc. I love that all my visits show my 'mouth' is in great shape. I have always had sensitive teeth/gums. The work done over the years doesn't give me that 'fear of the dentist' anymore. I look forward to my next visit.
One of the blessings in my life is finding Dr. Munar! The office is clean, I am always taken promptly, everyone on the staff is so gracious, the technology is top notch, everything is clearly explained, and they even check blood pressure - and I am so relaxed it is low! I have referred two friends who are equally relieved to have found an excellent dental care facility.
Everyone is always very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Love the new office decor too!

love your dental practice. everything about it is just perfect! would love to be able to see the TV while in the dental chair though. Any chance those screens could be moved to the right side of the room??
