I waited 5 minutes to get seated. No one warned me about the delay. It's ok though coz it's the first time it happened. Services to be offered should be introduced prior to us being on the table and being worked at. We should also have the opportunity to read about it . I had a fluoride treatment during my visit. I know it's use but for a guy who does not understand it's disturbing. It's just a suggestion.
During my appointment, the hygienist told me that the doctor was now providing fluoride treatments, but the treatment would not be covered by insurance. I was told the cost would be $35. However, I was not given the option to accept or decline said treatment. It was made to seem like it was part of the visit. In the past, I always had to sign a form if I was declining a service. I came in 15 minutes late my appointment time,and the staff took care of me so well.Thanks.
My hygienist was great. Could you move the TV from the corner to in the ceiling? I've seen that at other dentists and that makes in viewable during the appointment. It is nice to have a distraction while your doing your thing.
Upon arrival, the entire staff is warm and friendly and never fails to greet you. The dentist and technicians are gentle , caring professionals.
Christine did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and answering questions i had.

Alexa did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Professional and polite with a sensitive side. I was pretty tired since it was still early morning. Alexa kept the chatter to a minimum and let me slowly wake up. I really appreciated that.
