Moron technicians. Worthless customer service. Too many things wrong to report. I cancelled my service agreement in May. Still waiting on refund. I’ve called countless times and am always told something different. I keep being told management will contact me but no one has. This company is ridiculous! I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.
These people make Comcast customer service look good. Eighty plus tear old w maint contract on three year old unit calls them at 1pm almost hundred degree day to get service call on unit that quit working. They just show up after 8pm. They work on wrong unit- actually neighbors and they are told they were working on wrong unit while they were doing it. They finish, charge 85 year old lady almost $200 and leave.
