We were buying a house from one of the agents and she could not inform us of what the debris on the property next-door belong to. She said she did not know upon further digging after putting the deposit down we found out there was illegal dumping going on next-door. If one of the realtors who is selling their house does not even know what’s going on in her own neighborhood how could you trust the realtor to know what’s going on in the neighborhood if you’re buying a house.
My fiancé and I just moved into the house of our dreams, and we have Jon and Heather of Arruda Realty to thank! Jon listened to us carefully, and took our needs seriously.
