I have been very pleased with my family dental care at Dr Porumba's office. No cavities!! Richard and staff are always so nice and helpful and Carolyn is simply the best. She always does a great job with my teeth while allowing me to feel comfortable, which makes it easy to return for the next cleaning. Dr. Parumba shows his care for patients and even checking to make sure we are pleased with the service provided. Dr. Poremba and the staff are amazing (extra shout out to Karoline who I adore). When I say they take all the worry out of going to the dentist I am serious. And I love that before I walk out the door they not only have my follow up information ready but they tell me exactly what my insurance will cover for the next visit and what will be out of pocket. Truly amazing!!!
Very professional, polite and nice staff. I first visited the office when I moved here 2 years ago. The office was next door to our house, sadly I had to move to another part of town...but I kept my dentist. Love 'em all.
I've been going to Desert Springs for about 5 years, and I love it. Dr. Poremba and his staff are excellent! They all make an effort to get to know the patients. The facilities are super clean and inviting, and they're always on schedule. If you ever have an emergency, you won't have to wait long. I can't say enough good things about this office! They have an amazing balance of professionalism and kind, genuinely caring customer service. Dr. Poremba is so patient (I get pretty anxious during procedures) and it always feels like he's taking his time to be thorough in both conversations and his actual procedures. Im pretty terrified of dentist offices but this place makes me feel very welcome. The staff is very friendly! I love how gentle they are with me. You can tell people here enjoy what they do. Ive been coming here for a couple years and have a great experience every time.
