The front desk staff are unbelievable, and Dr. Smith is the gentlest dentist I've ever been to!
moved to lv a few years ago so I had no dentist . I cracked a tooth and needed a crown. dr. poremba explained everything to me as far as options went. he gave me a payment plan which helped. his office staff is very good too. highly recommend him!

Desert Springs Dental Care is by far the best dental office I've visited. They clearly prioritize patient satisfaction. It's apparent from their customer service, timeliness, professionalism, genuine kindness, and bedside manners that they value each patient. I can't recommend this team enough!
Great first visit. Very informative. Loved the staff & the Dr.
Dr. Poremba has given me one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. They are friendly and funny especially Janet. They're willing to joke with you and put you at ease if they know you're scared. Also, I had to have an extraction. I am a baby when it comes to pain and aside from the shots, I felt nothing. The office is nice and clean. The assistants are very willing to work with you.
The lady that did my cleaning today was incredibly nice and gentle during the whole procedure. Definitely helped to keep me calm, thank you!
The staff is so nice and wonderful. They make you feel like you're the only client there. Highly recommend
