I live in Prescott Az. and going to AHC is a life saver, I can get as much stuff done on one day there that would take weeks to do in Ptescott. Dr. Anthony Nelson is without a doubt one on the best of the best!!!

I've been coming here since Kim Brabentz moved to this arrowhead location! I've been seeing the pain management for my migraines and it's been great until for the last month and a half! They have cancelled on me, then I was advised that they couldn't do the procedure even though I told the staff we working with my appointment I had for botox and I wasted my time and my sick time at work so dr shaw advised me to come in early to get the procedure done and I was seen late which in turn made me late for work! This place should get no stars from me, but I couldn't post with no stars! ! I used to live in Anthem, so this place worked for me. Recently moved to central phx, called arrowhead today to ask them for a referral for a family doctor nearby. Their reply was that they do not refer to another family doctor, to call my insurance! ! They sure do CARE about me! ! This place is all about $$$$$$$.
Four years and four doctor changes at this facility. It used to be good. Front and back office staff and MAs were always great. Will miss them greatly but whatever the internal issues are that causes so many doctors to leave directly impacts patients and their care.
2/9/16 I am going to the Dbat Baseball and Softball Academy and hit 150 pitches. Afterwards I have an appointment at Arrowhead Health to have my 5th and last shot in my right knee (Hyaluronan injections) for osteoarthritis. I am posting this because these shots have allowed me to run again and relieve pain. These shots are not for everyone with arthritis but if you have arthritis check into it with your doctor. These shots are allowing me to do many activities I was not able to do before without pain.
I have been going to Arrowhead Health for 10 years or more and usually only need to go for annual check ups. Last Monday I called at 7:00a.m. to get a appointment since I hurt my foot over the weekend. I was told there were only 2 appointments left on Tuesday, the next day. I decided not to wait and went to Urgent Care and found out I broke my foot.
