Iam also a patient who's calls go on deaf ears. Many times with Monica. And if they really dislike you they change your appointment without telling you, then you miss it . iI'm walking out the next time one of those girls in the PM side are Rude, and unprofessional. Every single one of those women in the Pain Mamagement area are rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I wish you could bring nicer Medical Assistances in that people would like. Their medical group have not figured out what it means to return phone calls
I have noticed that the doctors that I like keep leaving. My guess is they obviously know something I don't. If anyone else I see here leaves I'm following. The WORST part is the wait times. I had to wait more than 20 minutes past appointment time just for a B12 shot. Not even a doctor visit!! They do not value their patients' time at all!
So excited to start my new job. So many kind and caring people!
Established patient of the Osteoarthritis clinic unable to get anyone to return calls to get an appointment .Left 3 message in a week ,great doctors with poor staff. Have given up.
Excellent care, I have been with them for six years and never a complaint.
