They respect the patient's time and are always on time for your appointment, no waiting! More importantly they listen to me and respect and acknowledge what I say.

Usually no wait, they're truly concerned about your well-being, and they can run a lot of tests at their facility!
I went in for a visit at 0900 because I've been sick. It is now 1335 and my prescriptions still haven't been received by my pharmacy. I called back to the clinic twice and to the pharmacy 3 times and nothing has been done. So I'm still waiting so I can start feeling better. I wasted a bunch of time waiting at the pharmacy. Super frustrated.
