This place is awesome, they're covered parking is for customers and I never wait more than 15 minutes to see a doctor. I actually came for a visit yesterday to do a strep throat test and they actually paid me $25 because the pharmaceutical company was running a test on samples of The data they were collecting. I love going to this place because I never have to wait and they are usually great about trying to find the least costly option.
The folks here are great. Well organized, coordinated, with great service and care. This is the way healthcare should be.
I love dr.Degroot. he is why they got the 2 stars. First, they saw me without a referral. My insurance denied Payment. I am responsible. I would not have gone had I known I would pay that much. I have insurance for a reason! Second, it took a month to get a referral to a back surgeon. I'm really hurting. Like, I'd rather be dead than in this much pain, pain. Final straw. They cancelled my appointment and will not accommodate my medicine needs. I am on meds that can't be stopped abruptly. Who treats people like that.
They are only in that business for the money. I have one like that and I cancelled the last app.
I love my doctors and all the people who work at Arrowhead Health Center! They are so wonderful and I have such confidence in my doctor's there!
I have been with Arrowhead Health since 1996. They always have a very professional staff and Jamie is wonderful. Just turn the air up a bit. It's quite cold in there.
I had my yearly check up last week. Ive been going to Arrowhead Health Center since 1990. Now of course its all on computer and my original Dr. no longer sees patients. The Dr. I had the appt with I have seen a few times. So we are just getting going and she's got my file pulled up and going through the intro stuff. She asks “Any changes in your family history...Mom, Dad , siblings?" So I said, "Nope, they're all STILL dead. But I'll let ya know if that changes!"
