RecommendedToday I had my first visit with Dr V. for Pain Management. I was a little nervous having to re-establish with another new Doctor but I was worried for nothing! Medical Assistant Monica was very patient answering all my questions (yes I made a list) and went over the way they run things and what’s to be expected. I’m very frustrated. It might be time to find a new healthcare provider. My dr. won’t see me in the office due to the coronavirus scare. Sure, I totally get that. But they want to charge me $49 for a telephone visit. That’s twice what my copay is! Why? It takes less resources to talk to me over the phone vs. seeing me in your office and your charging me more than my copay? It sure seems like you’re capitalizing on the current virus situation.
The collect their money and do not address issues
Go back to how the used to care. Bad now.
Listen to patients and treat them for their issues instead of sending them out for tests that only inconvenience patients and run up Medicare bills. Fill prescriptions correctly and consistently.
RecommendedI went to the Glendale location I will never go back there the doctor was horrible didn't want to listen to my niece didn't want to do the paperwork never calling the prescriptions waste of time I sit there for 2 hours
The surprise location was the worst experience we’ve ever had! My husbands symptoms were ignored during his appt and he was not treated, 24 hours later he was in the ER with organ failure and sepsis! We went back to get FMLA paperwork filled out and it was an absolute nightmare!
Dr. Robert Byrne was so fabulous and caring when helping me with my concerns. I definitely recommend this practice!
