I recently posted a complaint about service i received from Arrow Plumbing. Almost immediately they contacted me and set up an appointment to see of they could rectify my issue. Alton came out the next day and we discussed what had happened. He immediately proceeded to fix the problem of course at no charge. I am changing my rating not because they fixed it but because they were more concerned with the happiness of the customer than the $$ they can make. Alton you are a thumbs up with me. The service that I received was poor. I had a leak in my wall, and called Arrow Plumbing, they came out and cut a hole in wall, charged $500, thought the leak was fixed. A month later my wife informed me that it is still leaking, called Arrow Plumbing and they said it will be a $75 fee to come and check for something they did not do right. They put on my receipt 1 year warranty. They want money, and not customer satisfaction as they say. Remember we (the customer) have the power, if they want change boycott their business.
I have used Arrow for about 4 years now and thought I was getting good service, yesterday I was proved wrong. I had a clog in my drain and after coming out and telling me they couldn't fix the problem and I needed to rework my entire plumbing system at a cost of over $6000.00 then charging me 440.00 for not even fixing the problem I had, I decided to get a second opinion. Do not trust these people... anyone who would try and charge you $80 to just come out, and $300+ to snake a easy accessible drain cannot be trusted. This is taking advantage of honest Americans plan and simple. Precision and Advantage plumbing both will do it for aprox $130 with no charge to come out. Anyone suggesting this company is fair on a review is a employee or a relative of one.
Too expensive!!!!! I would recommend calling Arrow Pluming as a last resort. It saved me hundreds of dollars$$$
