I called this company after experiencing a higher than usual water bill. I was told at the time that I scheduled service that there would be a $40 dispatch fee, but that there was a coupon on the website that I could use to offset that charge. Poor service and shoddy workmanship and guy stood there at one time watching entire TRex part of Jurassic Park instead of working. I could see him in TV doing this as when light is on in TV u can see everything in hallway where closet with water heater is. Just run the other way. No seriously, I really mean run the other way and find a different plumbing company. This place does not even deserve 1 star as the plumber that was sent to replace my gas water heater was so incompetent that he almost cost my family and our 2 dogs ... read more

I was getting on 630 heading west and one of their drivers was hauling a flatbed trailer that didn’t appear to have anything on it. However, after hitting bumps and drops on the road, dirt and rocks on the trailer started to fly off the trailer. I moved over to a different lane to avoid the dirt, debris/rocks the trailer was knocking off, but one of the rocks from the driver’s trailer hit and cracked my windshield. I was told I was going to be called back by the owner the next day and never received any calls.

I was getting on 630 heading west and one of their drivers was hauling a flatbed trailer that didn’t appear to have anything on it. Called Arrow for water leak under slab between two back baths. Leak location nailed down within 30 minutes and solution was proposed to bypass an approximate 8 feet section with new line. Brandon explained everything including the price which I was shocked but had no choice but to repair with water running through my meter @ 1 gallon per minute. Total time including travel a little less than three hours . Total cost to me $1,245.00 ! I thought pretty steep and at these rates will not be using Arrow again.

I agree with the previous review about 137 and 40 just to come out. I already knew what the problem was and told the technician who was going to charge me 137.00 to look at what I already knew - a small leak that needed patched. The dispatch folks never mentioned anything about "we charge to look at the problem" - only the 40.00 fee. Aaron wanted close to 300.00 to change out a couple of washers. Called for service for problem with broken toilet mount. The fellow handling the call was polite, fast and efficient, scheduling an appt. the next day. Fast service! A good start! The technician arrived on-time and was also polite, as he carefully explained the price prior to starting the job. As he prepared to work he invited me to stand by and watch (impressive but I didn't take him up on the offer.) A little over a year ago we had them come out for a leak detection. They supposedly found the leak, well after cutting hole in the wall the leak was not there. They then wanted to start cutting holes in the master bath wall to try and find the leak. I had to tell them an easier way to find the leak. The leak was found and it was no where near the area they said was leaking. During the process they had to replace the outside faucet because it was on the same pipe the leak was in.
