The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable.
Arrow Exterminators repeatedly ignored my communication request, excessively called and then showed up and performed an unauthorized service on my property. For months, I have told Arrow that all scheduling must be done by email only and that I do not want calls. I repeated that to the same technician on Monday 4/20. After that, he continued to call and leave messages on 4/22, 4/23, 4/24, and again the morning 4/27 in which he came to my home. Today, February 27th, 2026, at approximately 1 PM, along Austell Road, your driver, a white male in his mid- 50s, license plate number CVB7624, vehicle number 6694, was driving erratically, weaving through traffic without using traffic signals and making hand gestures at other drivers.
