I could not give this office a worse review. They fail to show up on days they schedule, often saying "they forgot" for even routine work. When I needed a wasp removal done, they wasted hours of my time over the course of a week either: showing up and getting nothing done, just standing around for an hour then leaving a voicemail telling me to schedule again later, or not showing up at all, with the office having no idea to what schedule they are referring. I am left feeling ripped off by this company. I am in the Acworth area and I have had issues with mice in my basement. Upon initial inspection, I was upsold to receiving a complete package wherein they sealed off my attic, when I was adamant that the issue was occurring in my basement only. This was a very expensive service but to ensure they would solve my problem and offer protection for a year, I decided to do it.
