Mo was very efficient, helpful and appointments are on-time.
You kill the bugs! When I see a bug in my house which is rare, it is usually dead. Five years ago, Arrow quickly resolved a major problem I had with carpenter bees. They were boring several holes in my deck. Your tech eliminated the bees on one visit.
My technician Mo is the best! Love the level of care and services that he provides!
The professionalism mostly: the technicians show up on time, text to let me know they're on their way, they are in uniform, they treat my home with respect by wearing booties when they enter
This service was impeccable. I had this guy named Drew come out to my place and service the pest traps. Not only was he nice, but had a go get it attitude.
