Arrow Exterminators has been our service provider for Mosquito Service, Pest Control, and Termite Bond (Annually) for very many years. They keep all appointments and communicate (text messages) promptly and professionally.
Careful…. Had my fiancé take an early day so that we could schedule an appointment (after we paid to be on contract) and they never showed. I understand it was a Friday and they scheduled an appointment 3-5 but still doesn’t justify making an appointment that late knowing you close around that time and never showing up. Just a heads up for everyone scheduling with a “bigger company” around this area.
Erik was awesome! He took the time to explain the benefits of what arrow has to offer. Have not had any bugs/rodents/pests since Erik with Arrow stopped by. The team at arrow always responds very timely with any questions or concerns I have. Very timely as well. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family.
