air break down the AC break down in a 100 degree summer night, emergency line said it is not an emergency. My wife is pregnant and I have to find a cooler place by myself tonight

Poor everything Where to start. For starters maintenance never actually fixes anything. The roof in the kitchen leaked anytime it rained. Water came from the light switch as well. A bunch of random fees as well. As for the cleanliness of the pools. They are gross. Look like they've never been cleaned before. There's not even a pool skimmer in it to clean yourself before you get in. And lastly the faucet water in general always have a chlorine scent a taste. I could never even cook with it. Great Complex/ A management We have lived here for almost a year and will definitely be looking to resign. The management is top notch. The maintenance team is quick to repairs and very courteous. Gabby and Billy were very helpful from the beginning of us moving in to our first apartment. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Horrible Place to Live!! My wife and I moved into this property on 9/18/2014. After a few months of settling in, we experienced our first big rainstorm. That is when we discovered that our ceiling leaked through our ceiling fan. We were also told to just put a bucket under the fan to catch the water and that it would be inspected the following day. DO NOT RENT WITH GREYSTAR If you are looking for a great location and competitive rent in Chandler, this is the place for you! The staff is friendly upfront, but any maintenance or communication after signing your lease is sub-par. The manager takes reviews and everything you write personally, so be careful with what you say so she won't show up at your door - with all of her framed awards, you would think she would be more confident in herself and the property she is selling, she is also great at typing up excuses.
