look elsewhere!!! great from the photos on the outside looking in. overall not a good experience from application to move out. not worth the hassle of dealing with maintenance and unhelpful staff
Business response:
Although we certainly appreciate your honest feedback, we're sorry that you feel our service fell short of expectations while you were living here. It's always our goal to accommodate resident needs, but unfortunately in your case, we received notice of your intent to move out too late and had to include additional charges as a result. We wish you all the best in your new home.
Two Thumbs Up! Me and my friends love this apartment. The ladies in the office are very happy and kind. They are quick to help us if we have questions and always have events with free food. They also have a huge pool and nice hot tubs to use. I also use the fitness room often. Two thumbs up!

Home I have lived here for over 9 years and I've never seen the community as nice as it is now. They made a lot of good changes! The staff are attentive and responsive and maintenance are always nice. I can walk to the store for groceries and my neighbors are really friendly. I would recommend this place.

Highly recommend Arrive Ocotillo is in an awesome location. It is in walking distance to shopping centers, close to all major freeways and by my favorite restaurant Stone & Vine! Plus, my favorite is the complimentary touch screen coffee machine in the clubhouse! A huge bonus is that I’m always greeted with a smile.. Taylor, Danielle, and Alexis are always a pleasure to work with.

Excellent I had the opportunity to visit Arrive Ocotillo and I must admit I was impressed. I was speaking with the young lady at the front desk, then the manager came to introduce herself. They were both very professional and provide helpful information. I will be keeping an eye on availability for January!
