arrive I love all of the events they have with the free food and drinks! Great pool area and gym that are always upkept and clean. Staff is always nice and helpful

Resident Event I was able to join a friend of mine who lives in the community at their resident event held at The Casual Pint. I enjoyed being able to meet part of the office staff, as well as residents of the beautiful community. I look forward to joining future events!

Awesome Place! I like to be able to come into the office to receive the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. The office staff and maintenance always help if something needs to be done.

I would give Arrive @ Ocotillo a chance. They say its not about what goes wrong in life, but how you handle those issues that defines you. I find that to be the case, and for that I wanted to take the time to let anyone looking for a new home that the new management here at Arrive really care about your happiness. The term "luxury" posted on their sign at the front isn't just lip service, they really want you to enjoy your experience. air break down the AC break down in a 100 degree summer night, emergency line said it is not an emergency. My wife is pregnant and I have to find a cooler place by myself tonight
