Highly recommend Arrive Ocotillo is in an awesome location. It is in walking distance to shopping centers, close to all major freeways and by my favorite restaurant Stone & Vine! Plus, my favorite is the complimentary touch screen coffee machine in the clubhouse! A huge bonus is that I’m always greeted with a smile.. Taylor, Danielle, and Alexis are always a pleasure to work with.

Excellent I had the opportunity to visit Arrive Ocotillo and I must admit I was impressed. I was speaking with the young lady at the front desk, then the manager came to introduce herself. They were both very professional and provide helpful information. I will be keeping an eye on availability for January!

Nice Apartment. I have been here for almost half year,so far so good!Everything is perfect.The leasing Office crew are very nice .They will randomly host party like BBQ ,icecream party,swingpool party.What's more,the property management here are also quite quickly if you have something to solve.It‘s a very nice experience to live here!

strongly recommended I'm very happy to live here, the environment is very good.And the crew members in the leasing office is very friendly.They will randomly host some party like bbq, swim pool ,icecream and so many other fun stuff.The neighborhood here are nice too.

Good Totally I feel everything goes well. The environment here is getting better, the water in the pole is prefect, the spring is comfortable. Everyday there is somebody clean the Ocotillo, the leasing office also provides help when we need.

Best Pool Around! Used the pool area for a family get together and it worked wonderfully! Everything was clean, the grills were easy to use, and the pool water was clean and pretty. Loved the giant janga and corn hole for everyone to play with.

Great Place to live, Been living here for 2 years, only reason I am leaving is to move closer to my family and work, great place to live, quite, great amenities and management really cares for their tenants and they show it

Best place to live! This community is in a perfect location, close to shopping centers. The office staff and maintenance is always there to lend a helping hand without any hesitation. Danielle, Alexis, and Taylor in the office are always so friendly. They also put together resident events with an amazing turn out, I am happy to be apart of the Arrive family.
