During our annual maintenance appointment it was discovered our AC UNIT wasnt working properly. The tech discovered the coil was faulty. Fast forward to when the parts arrived - we receive a call from Arpis and they inform us the coil repair would be free. Arpis had contacted Lennox who wouldnt cover it but Arpis did. My first time to have the furnace and AC checked since it was only installed last year. I learned the hard way which is have the furnace and AC checked annually or every other year to avoid having a cold house during winter and hot evenings during summer.

Turned furnace on and the heat didnt come on. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was very good and resolved our issue quickly.

We had excellent service from Arpi's. The installers were led by Clinton and the crew performed all the necessary work in tight quarters. . Work was completed in 2 days and passed city gas inspections. The team arrived early and worked steadily both days. We got good explanations on how everything operated and how to manage the controls - thermostats and humidifiers. We highly recommend this company to those in search of good reviews for their projects.

Had an early call from Rose to have my A/C looked at a week earlier than scheduled. Seth arrived and had the unit running properly and repaired. The great friendly, fast and knowledgeable service was greatly appreciated.

*UPDATE*: Since writing this review and giving Arpi's a '2' for satisfaction and '3' for recommendation, I've since increased both ratings to a '4' and '5', respectively, based on the fact that an Arpi's customer service person called me the next business day and apologized numerous times for the error and poor service. He explained to me that the error shouldn't have occurred and that they use a call centre after hours who don't have access to their customer database for privacy reasons, which is why the agent wasn't privvy... read more

Mine is a high end Lennox furnace and the furnace filter is hospital grade. Ray from Arpi was very professional and kindly educated me about the furnace.

The replacement of Poly-B pipes for our home and plumbing for our basement bathroom was done on budget and on time as scheduled. Jordan, Jeremy and his team did a great job and were efficient, personable, and thorough. The jobsite was left very clean and tidy after the work was completed. Overall, an excellent job.
