We had a heat pump installed on June 12, 2025. There have been 2 service calls for set-up. The cooling part now appears to work OK. The heating part of the heat pump does not work at all. The temperature sensor appears to work intermittently. We now have to set the system to emergency heat and turn it on and off, manually to get any heat. We are very disappointed in the set-up and service.
