The project manager came out on Wednesday and new furnace installed Monday. Excellent service from Robert, Elod and Jagroop. Friendly and efficient!
Had a leak in one of our pipes. Called Arpi's and they were able to send a plumber the next day and had it fixed. The technician was professional and courteous, explained all the costs and the repairs done. Would recommend.
We have our 42 yrs old furnace and 20+ yrs HWT replaced recently and Extremely happy with the work done by Gordon and his assistant. Gordon also took time to explain how to operate and maintenance after a long 11 hrs working Day. We had annual maintenance done on our furnace, water heater and humidifier. The technician (Kelly) showed up on time, was friendly and professional and took the time to show me features of the furnace I was unclear on. The area was left clean and the overall experience was very positive. We've dealt with Arpis since we moved in 20+ years ago and have never had a negative experience.

We had our ducts cleaned this morning b Izzy and Levi. They were punctual, tidy and quick. I was very pleased with their work. The actual cost was included in the service plan - a duct cleaning is included after 3 years.

Vanessa and Eric came to service our air conditioning system. My wife and I were very pleased. They communicated their arrival time (and showed up early, which worked great for my schedule). They showed me before and after pictures showing all the work they did and just how thoroughly they cleaned Nd service my equipment. They were pleasant, efficient and straightforward. Thank you Vanessa and Eric. We will use Arpis again next year for sure.
