The installation was done on budget and on time as scheduled. Ross and Drew did a great job and were efficient, personable, polite and thorough. The jobsite was left very clean and tidy after the work was completed. Overall, an excellent job.

Quick response to no heat, repair completed within 2 hours of calling this morning. Replaced igniter that was bad this morning, plus collector box that was planned for spring maintenance visit.

Due to the nice spring time weather, Vanessa was able to be booked and arrived the same day. Her knowledge and understanding of our Carrrier product was fantastic! I learned some things. We anticipate a follow up service call in the fall to complete her recommendations. Highly recommend. Long time customer! N

Seth did a very thorough job of the service call today. He explained modifications to the humidifier set-up, and new thermostat settings.

Dennis did the initial quote. He took his time and answered all my questions to ensure that we ended up with the correct equipment for our situation. Branden and Reggie installed 2 replacement furnaces and 2 new A/C units. Very pleased with their work - efficient and tidy. Very professional and a pleasure to interact with. My furnace tech, Sarah, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very efficiently performed the maintenance inspection -all was well. She answered some questions I had about battery performance in my thermostat. This is the second year I’ve had Sarah as my tech, and I’m very happy with her work.
