Annual fall inspection. On appointed time, no surprises and very professional and knowledgeable. Our O2 sensor was defective and because it was installed by Arpis 5 years ago it was replaced for no charge. Very happy.

I was very impressed by great customer service provided by Anne and Kirk at Arpis. Anne was very pleasant to speak, understood our needs and acted promptly in providing various options for our furnace and got things rolling immediately. Kirk, the Project Manager was very prompt and responsive in understanding the urgency and providing great customer service and organizing the installation of the furnace very quickly. very impressed with the service. Our hot water heater started to leak Friday night @6:00pm. The emergency service man was not helpful & the cost of a service call on the weekend was very high (this service call was ONLY to shut off the water heater & water), luckily we found a plumber in the neighbourhood who was able to help us at no charge-great guy & very helpful. Monday morning we spoke to the head office & they were able to order a new water heater to be installed Wednesday. Requested for Arpi's to come out and give an estimate to install a gas line for the BBQ. Service was prompt and professional. Quote included service, installation, parts, and city permit. No surprises with final costs, charged as quoted. Service was very professional. The City Inspector concurred the job was done to a high standard, no issues, passed inspection.
