Arrived earlier than promised, unloaded quickly, proceeded without delay to replace a broken operatiing spring, 10 rollers and two pulleys. There was no waiting, no hesitation, no break. Just IN, OUT, and done. Skills rarely seen today. Thanks folks.

Over the weekend our spring broke on the garage door. Monday morning I called and with in a few hours there were here and replaced the spring and Jeff the technician checked out everything on the door to make sure it was in good working order. He made suggestions that we needed to replace the rollers and the seal at the bottom of the door. Which I new the seal needed it. He was very pleasant and very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Just had a routine maintenance visit and Jeff, the technician, replaced the rollers on one of the doors. I have used Armstrong a few times before and they have always done good by me. Jeff is the technician that I get and if he feels that something is not needed this time he will say so and that means a lot when you are on a fixed budget. I give Armstrong a rating of 5.0
