Rocky was very professional: * on time * explained various options * spoke/dressed well...represented Armstrong well * no "high pressure" to buy more * definitely would use Armstrong/Rocky again...if needed 5STARS!!!
Jeff has done the maintenance and/or repaired my garage door and the opener several times. Today was the most recent. He is very professional and I feel that I can always trust him to do the job correctly and I always feel I get my moneys worth.
I damaged my garage door they came to repair it and I decided to have a new hurricane strength door installed they expedited my order I was very pleased they were very kind and polite

For Rocky : He was very good in explaining what had to be done, was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and was very friendly . I give a rating of five ( 5 ) stars.
This company simply trespassing my property, and started to remove my gate without I order for it. Luckily I arrived at my house in time and told the employees that they were doing the work in the wrong place, they went back to installing the gate that had already been removed, but the gate was damaged/scratched, requiring a new painting. The same was done and the company has not reimbursed the amount so far, the worst was after contacting the owner of the company, who was extremely stupid and ignorant.
We just had Rocky from Armstrong Garage Door come and service our garage doors on our new house. I was glad to see Rocky because he serviced our garage doors at our old house a couple of years ago. Rocky provided excellent service and is very friendly and customer oriented. Thank you Rocky and thanks to the Armstrong team. True professionals!!
Armstrong was terrific! Jeff and James showed up right on time—they gave me an hour window instead of 4 hours like everyone else! They were friendly and professional and did a super job at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this company!
