I did sign a lease for one year before I had a chance to check the place out (my bad) because I was in desperate need of a place, the same day I went to pick up the keys, saw the place and decided I couldn't live there, the next morning I asked if I could cancel my lease and at least get part of my $1,275.00 deposit back.
