I have been there twice in the last year, and I have to say the staff and nurses and doctors took very good care of me.
Very courteous staff and great service.. The doctor was very thorough and professional and answered all my questions. If you don't want to wait 8 hours at an ER, this is the place to come. A very pleasant experience. I dont know why some people knock Urgent care centers.
It is convenient. However, the receptionist Michelle, has been there a long time, is not the friendliest person in the world. If she smiled it might kill her. Oh, and make it so she can't watch TV either! The male nurse, or medical assistant I had was the same way as Michelle. Common on, people come here because they are hurt or sick. You should show some compassion! The doctor though very nice and compassionate.
