The stylist I booked with? Well, Franyer accepted the appointment via their app earlier that day but DID NOT show. When I arrived, the hostess said he wasn't there and that she had messaged me to notify me, which was NOT true. I got no call, text, or email to that effect. What I did receive -- 51 minutes before the appointment -- was a reminder email, but nothing saying he wouldn't be there. On top of that, my receipt showed a $10 charge for a shampoo I NEVER GOT.
