The hotel is clean, great lounge areas, great location and friendly staff
Excelente desde donde se mire. Sí, son micro habitaciones pero con todas las comodidades para una estadia en NYC. Al fin y al cabo solo es para dormir. Imperdible la terraza y las zonas compartidas, la cafetería de la entrada y harolds el restó de planta baja. La cama es super comfortable y la cercanía con Soho y meatpacking/tribeca es perfecta. Loa huespedes son variados pero en general público jóven sofisticado y moderno.

Great hotel. The service at check in was amazing and the two baristas we dealt with at the coffee shop made the whole coffee experience exceptional. Make sure you check out the rooftop a beautiful view. I could have stayed up there most of the night
In a place where space is at a premium, these micro-rooms are fantastic! Great design and use of space. Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is close to everything, and beds are uber comfortable. What more could you want? If you're looking for a big room, this is not for you. But, if you're looking for great, modern design, the Arlo won't disappoint.
Expected a lot since it's brand new. The rooms are clean but service was terrible - waited 40min for my bags and front desk never picked up the phone. The shower water was cold and took 10 min to warm up, also hard to get a cab / Uber outside. Glad I tried it but wouldn't go back.
