Easy check in process...I was actually able to check in early as a room was ready. This was very much appreciated. The lobby and common areas are gorgeous. Helpful staff! Very Happy!
Great hotel, great service! The micro-rooms caught me off guard as I'm from Southern California and to my knowledge, don't have them (or at least up until now never stayed in one), but the bed was super comfy, free wifi, restaurant in the back of the 1st floor, Rooftop Bar (indoor bar), it was all great!! They also were so awesome and stored our luggage since our flight didn't leave till that evening which made it easy to see the sites! Subways near by (walking distance)! It was all great!!!
Hip, friendly, helpful, cleverly designed, clean, comfortable, calm and serene inside but so close to all the movement of NY. Will be back!
I only stayed at Arlo for one night, and I wish I got to stay longer. Everything about my experience here was wonderful in every aspect of the word. The rooftop bar is a sight to see - the beautiful bartender in reindeer ears singing Christmas songs? Total babe! Stopped at the downstairs bar after checking out with a lovely desk attendant named Dan and enjoyed my experience at that second bar as well. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just one thing that i did not realize when i made the reservation and i confess that puzzles me, especially since it is a brand new hotel: It does not have a fitness center! If not that, it would be perfect. But New York without a fitness center can be challenging.
Loved the design and comfort of this hotel. Its right by Soho and the village. Love the location and Harold's has great food.
Micro-Hotel, but a Macro-Satisfaction. I love this cute hotel. Will definitely visit again.
