The hotel is simply stunning in its design and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a little glitch on the first day when the exact type of room we had booked was unavailable due to some reason, but they accommodated us in a rom with bunk beds: it was like being 12 again) and provided us a discounted rate. Top marks on the JOE coffee and the oatmeal in the Bodega. And the view from the rooftop lounge terrace is to die for. �
Great use of space , rooms are small but really functional. The bathroom was very interesting fab toiletries and shower but certainly no privacy if you are traveling with someone . Did not hear any stree noise which is incredible for NYC the only complaint I have is the ac was the loudest I've ever heard kept waking us up , otherwise I will definitely stay again
This place was amazing from start to finish. Service was impeccable and the rooms, albeit small (it's NYC), were perfect for a solo traveler. Great restaurant, bars and common areas. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks Arlo!
