Great hotel! Staff was beyond excellent and friendly. Brand new and Super clean hotel! Even the hotel SMELLS amazing!!!! A must stay location!
A gem close to all my fave areas to visit in NYC. The place is so sweet and trendy. The staff are all super nice. The bar downstairs and the rooftop bar is really good. A plus is the free bicycle rentals. The rooms are super clean and modern. We would definitely keep coming back.
Stayed 2 nights at Christmas time. The staff is extremely accommodating....they go out of their way to be helpful. The lounge and restaurant areas are comfortable, inviting, and unique. Arlo has "events" during your stay. For example, during our stay, we could get our nails polished. Fun. The location is ideal. Quiet, yet close to everything. I metro stops away from Times Square.
