The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The wait was long, but even after the doors were closed they made sure each patient was seen with the same amount of care. Would definitely come back again.
This veterinarian hospital is head and shoulders above any other place I go. Their compassion is outstanding and they are the only vets in Monroe County and surrounding areas that will take emergencies. They are fabulous!
Waited for 45 mins outside while people who arrived after me got seen before me. Dog was very stressed out by the time we got in and the vet looked at her for maybe 10sec and gave a diagnosis even I thought was wrong. Got a 2nd opinion and turns out it was not what the vet said it was at all. Waste of money and time.
Substitute says sorry about ya to a client of 15 years. Your dog can die because it's a holiday and I don't want to work. Dr. Dale please help
I have nothing to say but really good things about Arlington Heights! I took my senior cat in when he became very sick. Dr. Dale performed extensive blood tests and in the end-my sweet baby had a weeks to live. I was able to find a good end-of-life care plan and felt that the doctor was not only genuinely concerned, he had an amazing, professional and caring demeanor. They refused to treat my neighbor's dog -- an emergency, but because they aren't regular customers, they wouldn't touch her. Pathetic.
Do not trust this firm. The clinic tried to add unwanted services during the initial visit. Then, later tried to upcharge me 50% after my dog was delivered to the clinic for a simple skin tag excision. I had the firm explain their quote 3X and gave them every opportunity to get it right... but they still neglected to include $70 meds. I couldn't trust them to perform the excision. Be wary.
